Hygienic Tomato Puree Manufacturing Process

Our tomato puree is produced following strict hygiene and food safety standards to ensure premium quality in every batch.

• 1. Fresh Tomato Selection: Only ripe, high‑quality tomatoes sourced directly from Kolar APMC are used.
• 2. Cleaning & Sorting: Tomatoes are thoroughly washed using clean water systems and sorted to remove damaged or spoiled pieces.
• 3. Blanching: Tomatoes are briefly heated to kill surface bacteria and loosen the skin.
• 4. Pulping: The tomatoes are pulped through stainless‑steel machinery ensuring a smooth and consistent puree.
• 5. Heating & Sterilization: The puree is heated to destroy microbes and ensure long shelf life without preservatives.
• 6. Quality Testing: Each batch is tested for pH, color, texture, and purity according to food‑grade standards.
• 7. Packaging: Puree is packed in clean, airtight containers to maintain freshness during transport.
