- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar

Steps:
- Boil chopped tomatoes with garlic and spices.
- Blend and strain.
- Cook with sugar, vinegar, and salt until thick.
- Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
Shelf Life: 2β3 weeks in the fridge.

Ingredients:
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves

Steps:
- Blanch and peel tomatoes.

- Add tomato pulp and herbs, simmer 20 mins.
- Store in jars once cool.

Steps:
