Steps:

  2. Blend and strain.
  3. Cook with sugar, vinegar, and salt until thick.
  4. Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves

Steps:

  1. Blanch and peel tomatoes.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion.
  3. Add tomato pulp and herbs, simmer 20 mins.
  4. Store in jars once cool.

Tip: Add chili flakes for a spicy version.

  • 1 kg fresh ripe tomatoes

Steps:

  1. Boil tomatoes till skins crack.
  2. Cool, peel, blend, and strain.
